With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
We are committed to your satisfaction and we want to earn your business. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store. We do accept returns with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the service we performed for you, we welcome the opportunity to make it right for you, so please let us know if you're having a problem!
We know that a bicycle purchase can represent a significant investment and we are committed to spending time with you in order to put you on the right bike for you and your needs. Complete bike purchases and custom builds are not returnable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call or come in and speak to a manager.

The BKD-1.2 Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit will bleed most models of DOT fluid-based hydraulic disk brakes, including models made by SRAM®, Formula®, Hayes®, and Hope®. Bleeding of hydraulic brakes removes air bubbles and contaminants from the braking system, for long-lasting components and peak performance.
The BKD-1.2 is built for the rigors of daily commercial use, and includes two syringes, hoses with shutoff clips, multi-size bleed blocks and a set of our unique mountable syringe holders, as well as multiple hose fittings to fit the multiple standards found on hydraulic bicycle brake systems. Every part is replaceable and available from Park Tool. Housed in a rugged storage case.

NOTE: The BKD-1.2 is for DOT fluid-based hydraulic bicycle brake systems only. DOT fluid and mineral oil should never be mixed in the brake system or in their respective service tools. Cross-contamination of brake fluid may cause seal failure which may result in brake failure. For mineral oil brake systems use the Park Tool BKM-1.2 Hydraulic Brake Bleed Kit — Mineral Oil.
