With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
We are committed to your satisfaction and we want to earn your business. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store. We do accept returns with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the service we performed for you, we welcome the opportunity to make it right for you, so please let us know if you're having a problem!

The S-Works Power Arc saddle expands on the success of our original S-Works power saddle while featuring the same channel and length as the original. This means that it features a stiff FACT carbon fiber shell and rails and lightweight eva padding. The shape of the saddle is also designed to provide ample sit bone support and this has been coupled with a shorter-than-usual nose section to keep pressure off of soft tissue while riding in aggressive positions. We even took this ideology a step further via an extra wide and elongated body geometry channel that's been proven through blood flow testing and pressure mapping to reduce numbness and pressure on unwanted areas.
And while this all seems familiar if you're already a power loyalist this iteration features a curved body geometry shape that better contours to your body. What does this mean for your ride? It means that you'll feel as if you're in the saddle" not on it. And ultimately this equates to greater comfort and superior performance in all seated positions whether you're a man or woman.
