With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
We are committed to your satisfaction and we want to earn your business. If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can bring it to our store. We do accept returns with receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Returned merchandise that appears used may be subject to a restocking fee. Labor fees are not refundable. If at any time you are dissatisfied with the service we performed for you, we welcome the opportunity to make it right for you, so please let us know if you're having a problem!

The Takeout basket is a sleek and simple front basket, ideal for those who want a little cargo carrying capacity for quick trips or commuting. The Takeout basket Fits 25.4 - 31.8mm handlebars, and can even fit between drop bars. Constructed of lightweight 10mm alloy tubing,it weighs only 500 grams. The Takeout basket has an integrated u-lock carrying slot, and an eyelet for attaching a light mount. Along with every Takeout Basket we include a water resistant roll top bag.The roll top bag has clips along the sides to secure it without the need for bungee straps. An extra long velcro flap makes for extra room in case you need to overload it. And a long and wide strap also make it easy and comfortable to carry the bag onor off the bike.
